Hi Sam, What kind of compost bins do you have? If they are the plastic ones with lids, then it may be that your material is too dry. Just pour a few buckets of water on and perhaps leave them open for a while. You could also try adding some pee which is supposed to be a very good accelerator! If you don't fancy that, try some chopped up nettles or comfrey. I can give you some comfrey if you want. Karin
